• Reside in a location where we ship products (we currently do not ship to parts of Asia and some remote locations)

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some remote locations and parts of Asia. If you reside in an area we cannot ship to, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.

4.3 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Customs processing
• Weather conditions
• Carrier delays
• Other unforeseen circumstances

We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

4.4 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from PineTrail Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide the original proof of purchase (order number)

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Baselayers (worn next to skin)
• Footwear
• Fly Tying Adhesives (classified as hazardous materials)
• Food and Snacks (perishable goods)

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with proof of purchase
4. Mail the item to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service

5.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The timing of when funds appear in your account depends on your payment method:

• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
